We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Once your return is approved, we'll send over the return instructions and the address to ship your package to. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Check your order carefully when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away and we'll sort it out.

Exchanges

The simplest way to get the right item is to return what you have and, once the return is confirmed, place a fresh order for what you actually want.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, we'll carry out an inspection within 7 business days and process your refund within that same window.

Once issued, allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order is already in transit, we won't be able to process a refund until the item has been delivered and returned to us.
