30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To get started, reach out to our customer service team at info@graceandblossomboutique.com. Please have your order number ready — you'll find it in your confirmation email or on your paper invoice.

Once your return is approved, we'll send over the return instructions and the address to ship your package to. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Check your order carefully when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away and we'll sort it out.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges. To request one, contact us at info@graceandblossomboutique.com with your order number and the item, size, or color you'd like instead. Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your exchange and ship out the replacement item.

If the item you want is unavailable or there's a price difference, we'll reach out to sort out the details before completing your exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once issued, allow 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we received your return and you still haven't seen your refund, please reach out to us at info@graceandblossomboutique.com.

If your order is already in transit, we won't be able to process a refund until the item has been delivered and returned to us.
